In this area, it is possible to research enemy's technology (what they have), and to attack enemies with the use of mercenaries
When entering this page, you will get 2 choices: to use mercenaries, or to use spies. This is what they do:

• Mercenaries
  Mercenaries will try to do as much damage as possible. They enter the ground of the enemy, place sneaky bombs, and kill people. To send out a mercenary, you will have to select a target empire, and pay the mercenary money. The more money you pay, the better equipment the mercenary can buy, and the less chance he will fail. However, you *CAN* offcourse pay too much, but you will not get that refunded.

• Spies
  To send out spies, you will need Spy Stations. You can send out the same number as spies simultaneously as you have spy stations. They will go to an enemy empire, and try to find out as much as possible about them.
