Spy stations

If one wants to know more about an enemy empire, spies come into play. With their abilities to retrieve information about your enemy, they can be quite useful in war. But, spies also need their own base. That is why it is a good idea to build a lot of spy stations, so you can send out more spies. Each spy station can hold up 1 spy.
